As part of its on-going commitment to improving production systems to make them cleaner and greener, Ship Company Ltd is pround to participate in the EPA's Cleaner Greener Production Programme (CGPP).

This company has been awarded funding to develop a low energy, Vapour Compression Distillation system. This will eliminate the transport of waste and the emission of rinse water, with significant environmental and economic benefits.

Vapour Compression Distillation is new to Ireland and will be a useful demonstration technology for other Irish companies in the PCB and electroplating sectors.
